On the 9th of April, the Centre for International Studies arranged the traditional Day of Europe. This year it was dedicated to culture and tradition.
On the 25th of March, the Swedish Centre arranged its annual student conference. 20 Swedish language students participated with presentations about Sweden.

On the 21 st of March, the Belarusian PEN-centre and Writers' Union announced the laureates of the literature prize "Debut". The prize for Literary Translation was awarded to Volha Tsvirka and Nasta Labada.
On the 18th of March, the CSS launched a course in Finnish language. The lessons are delivered by Pekka Kohonen. Kiitos, Pekka!
On the 16th of March at 19:00 the CSS offers a lecture, delivered by Margarethe Műntzing, Sweden, who will be talking about Children's Way Through the Swedish Welfare.
On the 11th of March, the CSS, in cooperation with Finnish Embassy, organized a Finnish Evening in Minsk. The event was arranged for Belarusian students interested in studying Finnish language.
The Centre for Swedish Studies has moved to a new location. From the 22nd of December the CSS is situated in the very heart of Minsk - at Internatsionalnaya Street.
